Bollywood diva Mamta Kulkarni, who vanished from Bollywood after she posed topless for a magazine, has entered the film industry again, but this time as the co-owner of a production company.

The "Karan Arjun" actress, who is married to Kenyan drug lord Vijay 'Vicky' Goswami, has started a line production company with businessman Uroo Patel, a Kenyan resident of Indian origin, SpotboyE reported.

According to the report, Mamta's production house has turned out to be a successful venture and has handled several Indian projects that are shot in Kenya, where the actress currently resides. The actress has reportedly changed her name to hide her identity.

"Mamta is not called by her original name. It's difficult to identify her as well," SpotboyE quoted a production assistant who recently travelled to Kenya for a shoot.

Mamta was one of Bollywood's most successful actresses in the 90s, but she shocked the entire nation when she posed topless for a magazine. During 90s, she worked with top Bollywood actors, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan.

However, after the topless photo controversy her movies flopped at the box office and soon she disappeared from the silver screen. There were no reports of the actress for a few years and then it was reported that got married to international drug lord Goswami. In 2012, Mamta hit the headlines after she reportedly embraced Islam.

In 2014, there were reports that she moved to Nairobi, Kenya, with her husband Goswami. In the same year, there were reports of her being arrested along with her husband for drug trafficking. However, there is no confirmation regarding the same.
