Bhopal, Nov 22 (ANI): Law Minister Kapil Sibal on Friday took a jibe at BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, and also slammed the incumbent BJP government in Madhya Pradesh for the poor growth index in the state. Addressing mediapersons in Bhopal, Sibal said that Modi is only interested in bashing the Congress party, rather than focusing on issues of development. Talking about the Madhya Pradesh government, Sibal slammed incumbent chief minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan for the lack of development in the central state.
