Kamaal R Khan, who had a Twitter spat with Kapil Sharma last week, has surprisingly turned the incident into brotherly love, after apologising to Sharma for badmouthing him on the microblogging site.

Speculations are now doing the rounds that Khan purposefully started the argument, in order to invite himself to Sharma's most watched television show "Comedy Nights with Kapil".

The rumors emerged after the small-time actor tweeted: "If Kapil bhai Jaan is still angry with me then he should invite me on #ComedyNightsWithKapil n he should beat me there in front of public."

Khan was involved in a Twitter war with Sharma, after he made some controversial posts about the latter and his debut film "Bank-Chor".

The verbal war became worse, when Khan - who was seen in the recently released "Ek Villain" - blamed Sharma to have made threatening calls on his number. Khan even made it clear that he would file a police complaint against him. However, it later emereged that it was Gauhar Khan's ex-boyfriend Sahil Peerzada who has been abusing and threatening Khan on behalf of Sharma.

Things went wrong for Sharma after the war as he was dropped from debut film "Bank Chor" by Yash Raj Films (YRF). The production house, however, made an official announcement regarding the matter and stated that the decision to replace Sharma was mutual.

And it now appears that all is well from Khan's side, though there is no news of a patch up from Sharma's camp.

Khan shot to fame after contesting in Big Boss 3, and has been involved in several Twitter wars in the past. Khan has previously targeted numerous celebrities including Rajinikanth, Dhanush, Preity Zinta, Sunny Leone and Poonam Pandey.
