It has been a while since "The Bachelorette" couple Shawn Booth and Kaitlyn Bristowe got engaged, but the duo is in no hurry to walk down the aisle anytime soon.

Booth, a personal trainer, recently told Life&Style that they want to enjoy being engaged before settling down and starting a family. "We haven't set any dates yet," Shawn told the media outlet. "We're just trying to enjoy the engagement."

And the duo seems to be doing just that. Soon after their engagement was telecast on the previous season of "The Bachelorette", Bristowe and Booth visited Vancouver, her hometown, where they seemed to have a good time.

Since then they have been travelling a lot, and a few days ago, Booth reaffirmed his commitment to the relationship by getting a tattoo similar to the one Bristowe has on her arms.

However, according to a Life & Style insider, their hesitation to set a wedding date could be because they are growing apart.

"They were talking about doing all these projects together, but they aren't working on anything together at all!" the source said.

A recent report also pointed out that Booth's alleged insecurity issues and his family's reluctance to accept Bristowe as his fiancée were affecting their relationship.

According to a Celeb Dirty Laundry source, Booth's jealousy was one reason why Bristowe did not take part in "Dancing with the Stars". Reportedly, Booth believes that Bristowe spending long hours away from him could negatively affect their relationship.

"Shawn doesn't like to let Kaitlyn out of his sight, and the idea of her rehearsing all day long and working on a new show without him is not acceptable in his eyes. He hates the thought of her moving on to a new show without him, and hates the thought of her dancing all day with another man. He keeps pointing out that DWTS broke up Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff," the source said.
