The audio release plans for Rajinikanth's "Kabali" have undergone changes. The makers have decided to postpone the launch due to some unavoidable reasons.

The music of "Kabali" was supposed to release by June 10. But it will be now unveiled on June 12. Currently, Rajinikanth is holidaying in the U.S. and his arrival might be delayed, thus pushing back the audio release date as well.

The buzz is that the audio of "Kabali" will be either launched at Nehru Indoor stadium or YMCA ground in Chennai.

"Kabali" has the music of Santhosh Narayanan, who has scored six songs for the movie.

Think Music has procured the audio rights of "Kabali." It may be recalled that the deal was signed by both the parties after a lot of negotiations.

On the other hand, the theatrical rights of "Kabali" are in huge demand. The rights of many overseas and domestic circuits have been sold for record prices. The trade experts have now predicted the pre-release of the film to reach Rs.200-crore mark.

"Kabali" is expected to release in Tamil, Telugu and in a few other languages on July 1. Efforts are also being made to dub the movie in Chinese and simultaneously release it with other versions.

The movie tells the story of an ageing gangster played by Rajinikanth. He has teamed up with Radhika Apte, who plays his wife in the flick. Dhansika has reportedly done the character of their daughter in the film, which also has Dinesh Ravi, Kalaiyarasan, John Vijay, Kishore and others in the cast.

Pa Ranjith-directorial movie has G Murali's cinematography and Praveen KL's editing.
