Producer Kalaippuli S Thanu has put an end to all the speculations related to the audio release date of his next venture "Kabali." He has announced that the music of Rajinikanth's film will be unveiled on June 12.

Kalaippuli S Thanu tweeted, "Happy to announce that #Kabali Audio Launch will happen on June 12!! @superstarrajini @beemji @Music_Santhosh @thinkmusicindia." However, it is not clear where the audio will be launched. Some reports claim that it will either be unveiled at the Nehru Stadium or at YMCA ground in Chennai.

The makers are expected to open up on their plans in the next few days. Nonetheless, it is believed that the makers might organise a grand event to unveil the audio.

The latest buzz is that "Kabali" album has six songs. "#Kabali Album will release with 6 songs. Movie will have 5 songs. Includes typical Introduction song for superstar and a romantic song, [sic]" journalist Christopher Kanagaraj wrote on Twitter.

The album is expected to have variety of songs to woo all section of audience and age groups. The film reportedly consists of a a high-energetic Rajinikanth's introductory song and a romantic number.

The music of "Kabali" has been scored by musician Santhosh Narayanan. He has come out with some impressive works in the recent years and this factor has raised expectations from the latest album, which has been acquired by Think Music, too.

"Kabali" will be released in the first week of July. Meanwhile, the makers are getting ready to submit the movie for the regional censor board.

After preferring experienced filmmaker to young directors for years, the Tamil superstar surprisingly opted for a change by deciding to collaborate with two-film-old director Pa Ranjith in "Kabali." Rajinikanth has paired up with Radhika Apte. Dhansika, Dinesh Ravi, Kalaiyarasan, John Vijay, Kishore and others are in supporting roles.
