A celebrity gossip website has come up with claims that Justin Bieber attempted to "run into" former girlfriend Selena Gomez in Los Angeles. The Baby hitmaker is apparently desperate to see the Come and Get It singer.
Radar Online reported that Gomez was seen at Runyon Canyon on 4 January, just one day after Bieber went on a hike at the three-mile mountainous trail in Hollywood. The website stated that the Boyfriend hitmaker, who is now married to Hailey Baldwin, was hoping they would cross path.
An alleged source said: "Justin has been trying to get in contact with Selena through mutual friends, as well as through her family. Obviously, her family has told him to stay away and that she wants nothing to do with him right now."
"He made his choice when he married Hailey," the insider added. "At this point, Selena just wants him to leave her alone. She cannot move on with her life if he is still a part of it."
"Selena is a little uncomfortable in her skin but she is trying her best to do the right thing," the source went on. "Everyone is so proud of her for how far she's come in just a few months."
Gomez and the Canadian singer who started dating in 2010, have had an on-and-off relationship until 2014. The former Disney star had previously revealed that she is unhappy with the constant scrutiny about her relationship with Bieber. She told W magazine: "I'm so exhausted. I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can't do it anymore."
"To me it was: I'm 18, I have a boyfriend, we look cute together, we like that. Then I got my heart broken and I cared. Because people had no idea what was going on, but everywhere it was a million different things. I was kind of in a corner, banging my head against the wall. I didn't know where to go," Gomez added.
