New Delhi, Dec 06 (ANI): After Mamata Banerjee wrote to President Pranab Mukherjee urging action against accused Former Supreme Court judge AK Ganguly, Bar Council of India Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra said that police can for sure lodge an FIR in the case but the victim has to come in front and speak up. He said that till the time the girl doesn't comes up and give any statement, any action on the part of police is not possible. Mishra also said that this has to be seen too that under which law FIR is to be lodged as the incident happened before February 2013 when the amendments in the laws were made.
