New Delhi, Dec 4 (ANI): The Trinamool Congress on Wednesday stated that retired Supreme Court Justice AK Ganguly should step down from the post of the Chairman of West Bengal State Human Rights Commission. TMC MP Derek O'Brien said that the charges of sexual harassment against Justice Ganguly by a law intern were serious and therefore he must resign immediately.
