New Delhi, June 14 (ANI): Congress leader JP Agarwal on Saturday slammed the BJP and the AAP for frequent water and power crisis in Delhi. Congress has been leading a vociferous protest against the water and power crisis in the national capital. Earlier in the day, Congress leaders Arvinder Singh Lovely, Dr. Naresh Kumar and Sajjan Kumar were detained for an hour by the Delhi police in Nangloi.
