Handwara, Dec 02 (ANI): A fierce encounter between suspected militants and security forces is underway in Handwara, Jammu and Kashmir resulting in the panic among the civil population. Following a tipoff, the personnel of SOG, 21 and 30 RR cordoned off the area in Haremohalla, Rajpoura in Handwara resulting in the encounter. Heavy exchange of fire is going on in the area between the holed up militants and the forces.
