"Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8" is set to go on air next month and the channel has confirmed that Vivian Dsena, Ashish Chowdhry and Shamita Shetty will be part of the reality show. Although speculations are rife about the complete list of contestants, the makers have not confirmed anything as yet.
The "Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon" actor's promo for the upcoming reality show is out, and according to a Bollywood Life source, he had sustained injury while shooting for it. It was reportedly a minor injury, from which the star has already recovered and joined the rehearsals again.
Meanwhile, wife Vahbiz Dorabjee is thrilled about her husband and Ashish participating in "JDJ 8". She posted a picture on Instagram with the caption, "At Jhalak house with my 2 mosttttt favouriteee boys in the world @ashchowchow n my Vivi boy. I attract cancerian's..hehe (sic)."

In other news, the judges' panel is also an unknown territory. Word has it that Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor and Ganesh Hegde will be marking the stars based on their performances. But, no official confirmation has been made on the development as yet.
Also, RJ Pritam Singh and Manish Paul have been roped in to host the show. The seasoned anchor has been offered a whopping ₹1.5 crore for it. "The producers of the show are aware that Manish's market value has increased. They have made him an offer keeping that in mind," a source told Hindustan Times.
