New Delhi, July 30 (ANI): The JD (U) is expected to make a formal announcement of the party_s alliance with the RJD and Congress for the Bihar bypolls at 2.30pm today. The three major political parties in Bihar - Janata Dal (United), Rashtriya Janata Dal and Congress - have formally sealed an alliance to contest the upcoming Assembly by-elections in the state.
