New Delhi, Jan 26 (ANI): The JD (U) and the NCP on Sunday backed President Pranab Mukherjee's comment that fractured government could be catastrophic and populist anarchy cannot be a substitute for governance. JD (U) leader KC Tyagi said with such politics, the nation gets disturbed and added that the political parties must promise only those things that they can fulfill. NCP leader Tariq Anwar also said that to gain popularity these things should not be done.
