Patna, July 24 (ANI): Once companions in the NDA government, the JD (U) and BJP on Thursday clashed in the Bihar legislative council today with members of the two rival parties pushing each other in the presence of the parties_ leaders Nitish Kumar and Sushil Kumar Modi.
