Director Sanjay Gupta released the motion poster of his upcoming film "Jazbaa" on Independence Day.

The poster starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Irrfan Khan creates excitement to watch the trailer, though it's release has been postponed to 27 August. The much-awaited trailer was scheduled to be released on 15 August.

With the poster and motion poster, Sanjay Gupta reminded on Twitter that Aishwarya's debut Bollywood film "Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya" was also released on 15 August.

The new poster of Aish and Irrfan gives a glimpse of how the duo is racing against time.

Earlier, the former Miss World's pictures from the sets were leaked in which she was seen in a lawyer's outfit. She is playing the character of lawyer Anuradha Verma in the film.

"Jazbaa" has been buzzing a lot, as it marks the comeback of the Bachchan Bahu after a hiatus of five years. The film's posters unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival received a huge response from viewers across the world.

"Jazbaa" is a female-centric film that will see Aishwarya performing some high octane, never-seen-before action sequences. Irrfan Khan will play the role of a suspended cop who has problems with authority and discipline.

The film is a remake of South Korean crime drama "Seven Days" and will hit theatres on 9 October.
