Chennai, June 29 (ANI): Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Sunday visited the Chennai under construction building which collapsed Saturday evening following rain. Jayalalithaa said that it appears that the building plans were not adhered to by the builders. Further, she also said that its too early to come to any conclusion but most probably it's a structural defect. She also assured that rescue operations are underway and injured are giving medical attention.
