New Delhi, Oct 17 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Friday granted interim bail to AIADMK chief Jayalalithaa in the disproportionate assets case. BJP leader and a petitioner in the case Subramanian Swamy informed that the Karnataka High Court is yet to decide whether the sentence should be suspended or not and on this basis the bail was granted to her by the Supreme Court. He added that the court gave bail on the grounds that Jayalalithaa is unwell and needs treatment. She will stay at home and not go out till December 18.
