oct15vNew Delhi, Oct 15 (ANI): The United Nations (UN) has honoured Jammu and Kashmir Police officer, Shakti Devi deployed in the UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), with the International Female Police Peacekeeper Award 2014 for her efforts in helping victims of sexual and gender-based violence. Shakti has 14 years of work experience in the department. Reacting over this, political leaders welcomed this and said that it is a great honour.
