The trailer of Junior NTR and Mohanlal's "Janatha Garage," which was released on Aug. 12, has gone viral among the South cine goers. The video has got a record number of hits on YouTube.
In four days, the trailer of "Janatha Garage" has got over three million hits and it has garnered over 47,000 likes, with a little over 2,400 dislikes. The clip has been overwhelmingly welcomed by Junior NTR fans across the world.
The best part of its success is that the trailer of "Janatha Garage" has got record number of likes, beating biggies like "Bahubali" aka "Baahubali" (likes 38,423 - dislikes 4,190), "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" (likes 30,365 – dislikes 4,429), "Srimanthudu" (likes 5,681 - dislikes 563) and "Nannaku Prematho" (likes 46,298 – dislikes - 2,482).
However, it has to be seen whether "Janatha Garage" surpasses the record number of hits garnered by those films. The Telugu version of "Bahubali" trailer fetched 14,527,477 hits till date, "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" has got 2,846,689 hits, "Srimanthudu" has garnered 669,771 hits and "Nannaku Prematho" has got 4,728,739 hits.
Coming back to the trailer of "Janatha Garage," the video has successfully evoked positive response from the viewers. It has all the contents that Junior NTR fans like to see in his films. Loaded with action sequences, the video boosts of some powerful one-liners that has struck a chord with his fans instantly.
"Janatha Garage" is an action film and director Koratala Siva has written the script for the movie, which is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar and CV Mohan. Samantha and Nithya Menon are playing the female leads, while Saikumar, Tamil actress Devayani and Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan essay other important roles in the film, which is set to be released in theatres on Sept. 2.
