New Delhi, Sep 13 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather on Saturday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and discussed over steps to overcome the impact of flood situation in the state. Rather said that he requested the prime minister to declare it as a national disaster and give relaxation to the policies for fast relief of people. He said that he has asked PM to look at the issues like housing, employment, essential products and restoration of public buildings among many others to overcome the loss to the state. He also asked PM to provide special rehabilitation package for housing. Further, the state finance minister said that Modi assured of all help possible by the central government.
