Patna, Oct 6 (ANI): Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh on Sunday took a jibe at the prime ministerial candidate of main opposition, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Narendra Modi after a report by the country's audit body said every third child is underweight in Gujarat of which Modi is also the Chief Minister. Ramesh refused to give credit to Modi for Gujarat's development by saying that the barometers of growth in Gujarat had remained the same since 2000.
