New Delhi, Jan 05 (ANI): MEA Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said on Monday that it is the prerogative of the US govt to decide on how to spend the taw payers' money. He added that India does not believe that Pak is showing effort to dismantle the basis of LeT, possibly Al Qaeda and Haqqani. He added that with increasing sightings of Punjabi, Urdu speaking elements operating with terrorist groups inside Afghanistan, India is aware that these very groups also pose significant threat to members of international community working in Afghanistan
