Srinagar, Dec 23 (ANI): PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti said on Tuesday that it will take time to form a government to provide "good governance". Talking to mediapesons in Srinagar Mehbooba said that while she was happy the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had become the single largest group in the 87-member assembly, the outcome was not to her expectation. She added that the PDP was in no hurry to form a government and refused to say if her party would prefer to sail with the Bharatiya Janata Party, or the Congress.
