Kerala, June 20 (ANI): You've heard of man's best friend. Well this is the story of a dog's best friend. One day Shaleen Mathur came across this rust-colored pooch, whose back legs were maimed. When no one wanted the handicapped dog, the Kerala-based lawyer adopted him, determined to design a wheelchair so he could walk. Finally Mathur found a place that could craft a cart that would get the dog moving once again. But the devoted pet lover isn't done. He's hoping to improve upon the first design. There are millions of stray dogs on India's streets, many who become victims to road accidents. Happily this mutt is one of the lucky ones.
