What a nice start it was to the first match of ISL 2015, with Elano making a sublime turn to take the mickey out of the great Borja, before earning himself a corner. The corner was then delivered brilliantly by Elano, before Jeje Lalpekhlua headed the ball wide, and there we were, all enjoying the return of football action in the ISL as Chennaiyin FC hosted Atletico de Kolkata at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai.

Only one problem, though, a certain four-legged friend wasn't quite ready to leave the spotlight to the footballers yet.

Nice and cuddly, with paws moving at a rate of knots, the dog gave the security staff, who ran onto the pitch, the players and a few more others the runaround, and then some.

So smart was this dog, light brown in colour with a black stripe running across him/her, that he would fake everyone out into thinking he was leaving the pitch, but the moment he saw those human legs relaxing, he would run back onto the pitch again, much to the joy of the fans around the stadium.

After he was finally chased out, there was our plump little friend, thinking it was time for a lap around the stadium, and doing just that as those human legs started to lose energy, panting and praying the (un)welcome visitor would finally decide "alright that's enough of the spotlight for today, see you for the next game folks!"
