Aurangabad, Dec 4 (ANI): A three-day exhibition _The Quran and Modern Science_ is being hosted by the Islamic Research Centre (IRC) in Maharashtra. The exhibition aims at making the youth aware of scientific facts stated in the holy book of Quran. President of IRC Advocate Faiz Syed said the motive is to clear the misconceptions of non Muslims regarding the Muslim community. Several illustrated posters quoted verses from the Quran and linked them with discoveries in modern science. A student, Alfia, said the exhibition made them aware how science and Quran are related. Panels were displayed on different subjects like Astronomy, Physics, Geography, Geology, Oceanology, Biology and Embryology.
