The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will take on Delhi Daredevils (DD) at Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad on Saturday. It is the 48th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2013 and their second meeting this season.

Overview:

SRH defeated DD at their home ground, Delhi earlier this season. They will meet again on Saturday, and this time at Hyderabad. DD will be looking forward to take revenge for the earlier defeat.

SRH are placed in the fifth position of the table with 12 points after winning six of the 10 games played so far. They beat Mumbai Indians by seven wickets in the previous match which will boost their confidence level. They will be keen to improve their ranking and make it to the final four.

DD are at the eighth position of the table with six points after winning three of the 10 games played. They are one the most under-performing teams this season, losing the first six matches. However, they are to their feet. They defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by seven wickets in the previous match. They will take on SRH on Saturday very much aware of the fact that they have to win all the remaining games to stay in the competition.

Previous Meetings:

SRH defeated DD by three wickets in their first meeting earlier this season. However, DD have better record against the earlier Hyderabad franchise Deccan Chargers, having won seven of the 11 matches played.

Team News:

Sunrisers Hyderabad: Shikhar Dhawan scored 73 runs in the previous match. With a little contribution from Kumar Sangakkara and Hanuma Vihari, they managed to chased down 129 total posted by MI. They are a strong side with batsmen like Ashish Reddy, Darren Sammy, Cameron White, and Thisara Perera in the line-up.

Ishant Sharma and Amit Mishra took two wickets apiece in the previous match against MI. Restricting a team known for their explosive batting line-up to 129 is commendable. They also have Dale Steyn, Thisara Perera and Darren Sammy in the attack.

Delhi Daredevils: David Warner's good form has become DD's strength. His score of 66 and Unmukt Chand's 37 helped the team in chasing 136 posted by Kolkata Knight Riders in the previous match. Skipper Mahela Jayawardena, Virender Sehwag, Roelof Van Der Merwe, Manprit Juneja and others need to step up and contribute to the team's total.

On the bowling front, they have Umesh Yadav, Irfan Pathan, Morne Morkel, Ashish Nehra and Shahbaz Nadeem in the line-up. They took six wickets in the previous match, restricting their opponents to a low total. They will be expected to repeat a similar performance on Saturday.

Prediction:

DD have turned into a fearless team after a streak of defeats but going by the performances this season, SRH are no doubt a more balanced side and they should win on Saturday.
