Mumbai, Aug 16 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after commissioning the INS Kolkata to the nation, said that INS Kolkata is the largest indigenous manufactural work by India. Modi said that the INS has been manufactured entirely by the Indian engineers without using foreign help. He also remembered Chhatrapati Shivaji on the occasion and said that Shivaji was the first to realize the importance of secure seas.
