India are yet to win a single match in the ongoing three-nation invitational tournament, which features Germany and Belgium as well. India lost to Belgium and drew against Germany, but they will be keen to take revenge when they face Red Lions in the important encounter on Monday.

After India lost to Belgium, they looked a good team against Germany. They were determined to win, and their players stood to the test too. But they could not score that elusive winning goal in the contest.

India have to keep everything behind them when they meet Belgium, who are one of the strong sides in world hockey.

If they have to emerge victorious, India have to be consistent, and play to their strengths. Their forwards need to penetrate and use their dribbling skills to score, but the midfielder has to supply them with good ball too.

The problem with India is that they are too dependent on their penalty conversions. Though they have Harmanpreet Singh and Rupinder Pal Singh to convert, India should also have a look at scoring field goals.

India, no doubt, have the ammunition to beat Belgium, with star players like Harmanpreet, SV Sunil and Sardar Singh.

It is not going to be easy against Belgium, who are the in-form team in the invitational tournament. They have defeated both Germany and India, so they will be high on confidence, and with players such as Cedric Charlier and Simon Gougnard in their team, they will once again look for victory.

Where to watch live

The live hockey match between India and Belgium is scheduled for 6:30 pm IST start, but there is no live TV coverage in India.
