New Delhi, Sep 13 (ANI): Pakistan High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit, while addressing a gathering on Saturday, said that India and Pakistan share a complex relationship which is not linear and has seen many ups and downs. He also said that the destinies of the two countries are inter-linked because they will remain neighbours forever and this fact can never be changed or transformed. Basit added that India and Pakistan should maintain friendly relations to survive peacefully.
