Lucknow/ Srinagar/ Jammu/ New Delhi/ Saharanpur, July 29 (ANI): Muslims across India offered Eid prayers on Tuesday after clerics sight the moon at the end of holy month of Ramadan the previous night. Muslim Cleric Khalid Rasheed Firangi Mahali had confirmed that Muslims would pray for peace and harmony in the country as well as in Palestine on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. In Srinagar, Muslims offered morning prayers at a mosque and celebrated the festival, praying for peace and brotherhood. In Jammu too, people in large numbers arrived at a mosque as the Ramadan month culminates in Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations. Meanwhile, BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi also offered prayers at Delhi's Jama Masjid and wished everyone Happy Eid.
