The latest photos of Vijay's son Jason Sanjay, taken when he was spotted at a family function recently, have gone viral. The buzz is that the pictures were taken in the United States.

Ilayathalapathy and his family members are presently in the U.S. on a holiday. They reportedly attended a family wedding there, during which the photos of Jason were clicked. It is believed that a relative of the family would have revealed the snaps online. 

"#IlayathalapathyVijay with family at a recent wedding.. (his son is as tall as him now :-)) [sic]," journalist Kaushik LM posted.

While many photos of Jason Sanjay, who was born in 2000, from his childhood days are available online, this is probably the picture showing him as a teenager, which has hit the internet with a bang. Vijay's fans are elated to find the strong physical resemblance between the youngster and his father.  

Just like any other celebrity's child, Jason Sanjay too has been under constant media glare. The star kid has always remained an attraction whenever he was spotted with his father at film-related events. 

It may be recalled that Sanjay had made his acting debut with a cameo in Vijay's "Vettaikaaran."

Vijay's Upcoming Movie

Ilayathalapathy is currently busy with his next movie, "Vijay 60," which is written and directed by Bharathan. The movie has Keerthy Suresh playing the love interest of Vijay while Aparna Vinod will be seen in the second female lead role. 

After filming his portions, Vijay left for the U.S. last week and celebrated his 42nd birthday on June 22. Now, the film unit is canning key sequences in Hyderabad. Jagapathi Babu, Sathish, Thambi Ramaiah and many others are part of the ongoing schedule.

"Vijay 60" features the music of Santhosh Narayanan, who is basking in the success of "Kabali." M Sukumar is handling the cinematography, while Praveen KL is the editor of the movie. Mime Gopi, Harish Uthaman, Sharath Lohitashwa, Sreeman, YG Mahendra, Vijayaraghavan, Sugunthan, Roshan Basheer and others form the rest of the cast.

Vijaya Productions is bankrolling the film, which will hit the screens in January 2017.

Meanwhile, Vijay's "Theri" has completed its 75-day run in theatres. The movie, which was released on April 14, has collected over Rs. 150 crore at the worldwide box office.
