New Delhi, Jan 13 (ANI): While addressing annual press conference in Delhi, Army Chief General Bikram Singh said that if our neighbours will break the rules set, Indian army too will follow the suit. He said that the army is efficient and are handling the situation as and when required. Further, Singh also said that there are DGMO level talks in process for conciliation of relations with neighbours. Singh also talked about infrastructure along Indo- China border and about army assistance given by India to Afghanistan.
