New Delhi, Sep 24 (ANI): Reacting to Former Army Chief, Gen (retd) V K Singh's revelations that paying ministers to bring people together in J and K was nothing new for the Army, Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi said that what VK Singh advised him when he wasn't Army Chief if he discloses then it would be more embarrassing for Singh.
