Nina Dobrev is reportedly not upset with the alleged engagement of her ex-beau Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed.

The actress was recently seen enjoying a girls night out at the launch of Nine Zero Salon at Melrose place with BFF Julianne Hough and pal Zelda Williams. She was clearly in the "great spirits," as she posed for photographs with the Nine Zero owners Riawna Capri and Nikki Lee.

"The Vampire Diaries" actress did not show any signs of despair, according to E!online  "She was chatting with a bunch of people, doing the photo booth. She seemed really happy," added the insider.

Dobrev and Somerhalder dated for almost three years before calling it quits in 2013. They got romantically involved during the shoot of "TVD." Since heading for splitsville, they have maintained a strictly professional relationship.

Meanwhile, Somerhalder and Reed's reps are yet to issue an official statement in regard to the couple's engagement. Buzz has it that they are ready to take the relationship to the next level and get hitched.

Reports of their engagement plans first came to surface when the couple was spotted shopping for jewelry at Neil Lane during Christmas break. They were also seen browsing for jewelry at New Stone, according to Daily Mail.

Though the couple might not have confirmed their engagement, their friends are reportedly on cloud nine. "I'm just so happy for him. It's fantastic! He's such a good dude, she's awesome. It's like you couldn't hope for anything more for your friends, you know?" Somerhalder's friend Sophia Bush at the NBC TCA told website.

Reed's friend Peter Facinelli also shared his excitement saying that he was not aware of the good news and he is texting Reed right away. "Congratulations Nikki, you know I love you. I'm gonna be the first one sitting in the aisle with tears in my eyes," he added.

Somerhalder and Reed have been dating each other for six months. Meanwhile, Dobrev is reportedly single.
