Pilibhit, April 12 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while addressing a rally in Pilibhit on Saturday accepted that his government could not control inflation. Singh further clarified that even though inflation rose high, prices of things given to poor were not increased even once in the last 10 years.
