To woo prospective buyers ahead of the festive season, manufacturers have planned special editions and price discounts. To increase sales, Hyundai India is offering cash discounts on its Grand i10 hatchback, Xcent compact sedan and Verna sedan. The deals are applicable across the country.
The petrol variant of popular hatchback Grand i10 is being offered at a discount of Rs 43,000, while the diesel variant is getting a discount of up to Rs 40,000. The compact sedan of Grand i10, Xcent, is being offered at a discount of up to Rs 48,000 on the petrol models and up to Rs 51,000 on the diesel variants. Verna is being offered at a discount of up to Rs 80,000 for both petrol and diesel variants.
The discounts are based on ex-showroom Delhi prices. The offer will vary depending on the dealers across the country.
Apart from this offer, Hyundai website also listed a special offer exclusive to teachers. The offer includes discount of up to Rs 33,500 for petrol version and Rs 36,000 for the CNG version of Eon. Elantra has been offered to teachers at a discount of up to Rs 80,000 for petrol and diesel mills. i10 is being offered at a discount of up to Rs 37,500 for the petrol variants, while Rs 42,500 for the CNG variants. Finally, Santa Fe SUV is being offered at a rebate of up to Rs 90,000.
Hyundai is also planning to launch Celebration Edition of Elite i20 for the festive season. The cosmetic upgraded version of i20 is reportedly priced at Rs 6,69,166 for 1.2-litre petrol unit, while the 1.4-litre diesel is priced at Rs 7,84,084 (prices ex-showroom Delhi).
