HTC showcased its mid-range device, the One X9 Dual SIM, at the on-going Mobile World Congress 2016 (MWC 2016) in Barcelona, weeks after it was unveiled in China and a few other Asian countries.

HTC One X9 Dual SIM was announced in China in December last year and released into a select market in January. It comes in gunmetal grey and silver colours and is priced at ¥2399 (around $371/€338/Rs. 24,538).

The Taiwanese technology giant showcased the device at the MWC 2016, which can be taken as a hint that it is planning to sell the device in other markets too, but it didn't announce when it will be available in countries like the US and the UK. Popular leakster LlabTooFeR has recently tweeted that the device will be released in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) before the launch of the upcoming flagship smartphone dubbed as the One M10 aka Perfume.

HTC One X9 Dual SIM looks good in all-metal body and has a dimension of 153.9 x 75.9 x 7.99 mm. It sports a 5.5-inch full HD display with a 1,920x1,080 pixels (401 ppi pixel density) and a 170-degree viewing angle. Under the hood, it has a Mediatek Helio X10 processor, PowerVR G6200 GPU, Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with HTC Sense UI, a 32Gb internal memory (expandable up to 200GB via microSD), a 3GB RAM and a 3,000mAh battery.

HTC One X9 has a 13MP main camera with dual-LED flash, OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) v2.1, F/2.0 large aperture and 27.3 mm lens, and a 5MP front-snapper with a fixed-focus, f/2.8 aperture and 33.7 mm lens. It also supports Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, micro-USB v2.0 port and GPS+ GLONASS.
