Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif might have been bestowed with the title 'dancing queen' after being featured in two super hot solo item numbers. But this time she will have to work even harder as she is all set to shake a leg with one of the industry's best dancers - Hrithik Roshan.
In her previous two item numbers including "Chikni Chameli" and "Sheila Ki Jawaani", Katrina did not have to match her steps with anyone as the songs were choreographed solely for her. But for her upcoming film titled "Bang Bang" Kat will have to dance alongside the film's male lead, Hrithik, for three dance sequences.
According to reports, Katrina has decided to put in extra effort for the three songs. She has also requested Hrithik to rehearse with her in advance much before the actual shooting of the songs begin.
"Hrithik is a natural dancer. Katrina needs to get familiar with her moves. She will be taking time off from her shooting of Dhoom 3 to do at least a month of rehearsals with Hrithik," a source close to Katrina told DNA
"Each of the three dance numbers with Hrithik would challenge Katrina's dancing abilities. She wants to be ready for the challenge."
Although no formal announcements have been made, it is rumoured that director Siddharth Anand and choreographer Ahmed Khan are planning to shoot the song sequences in Greece.
Confirming the reports that he actors will be dancing together in three numbers Ahmed Khan said, "..... We shoot the film in July. But yes, what I have planned for Hrithik and Katrina requires intense preparation. It won't be just, 'Ek romantic gaana daal do, ek item song aur ek fun number.' No way! Katrina and Hrithik have made it clear they aspire to achieve a different dancing chemistry this time."
"Bang Bang" is the Hindi remake of Hollywood action "Day And Knight" starring Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz. Hrithik, who is currently busy with his home production "Krrish 3", will soon commence shooting for "Bang Bang".
