"How to Get Away with Murder" season 2 premiere is just a week away and fans are curious to meet the killer of drug dealer Rebecca Sutter (Katie Findlay) when the show returns on 24 September.

The official synopsis of episode 1 titled "It's Time to Move On" reads: "Annalise and her students must move on with their lives as though nothing has happened, but the students are still reeling over Rebecca's disappearance. Only Annalise and Frank know that Rebecca was murdered and the two are determined to find out who killed her".

The trailer of ABC crime drama series indicates that Professor Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) will be shocked to know the true identity of the killer. In the sneak peek video, she is seen saying to the culprit, "Now that you've done this you're a monster".

So it can be assumed that an associate of the protagonist is behind the death of Sutter and speculations are ripe that it could be Asher Millstone (Matt McGorry) and Bonnie Winterbottom (Liza Weil).

Recently, cast member Jack Falahee spilled out a few details about "How to get Away with Murder" season 2 during an interview with The Wrap.

"The show picks up right where we left off. We find out who killed [neighbour and murder suspect] Rebecca in the first episode back, which is very exciting. I think that you start to see the students become friends, which is interesting," he said.

The description of pilot sequel states that an old friend surprises Annalise at home and teaches her a valuable lesson. Meanwhile, Annalise decides she wants to take on a new client, a brother and sister who are accused of killing their parents.

ABC will air "How to Get Away with Murder" season 2 premiere titled "It's Time to Move On" on Wednesday, 24 September, at 10pm.
