New Delhi, Jan 03 (ANI) : A new study has revealed that workers are more motivated if they and their supervisors see eye-to-eye about the quality of their relationship. According to the study motivation suffers when an employee believes that he or she has a good relationship with the boss but the boss see it differently or vice versa. Eye-to-eye about the employee-supervisor relationship is equally important so that they can get along with each other easily. The study also reported that some people even fake it, but their results indicate that the opposite is true and at the end of the day, it's better for everyone to know where they stand and how they feel about each other.
