A fresh batch of spy shots of Honda's upcoming commuter motorcycle Livo has emerged online, confirming the name of the model.
Spied with minimal camouflage on it, the prototype of Honda's motorcycle was caught on camera by bike enthusiasts at GaadiWaadi. The spy shots reveal the speedometer of the motorcycle with Livo name on it.
From the images, the Livo commuter bike seems to have borrowed design from Dream series with many parts such as the seats, tail light and mudguard look almost the same as the other model. However, the striking bikini fairing and exhaust pipe share more than a passing resemblance to Honda Unicorn 160.The instrument cluster of new Livo includes speedometer and analogue fuel gauge.
Although little is known about the powerplant of new Honda Livo motorcycle, rumours suggest that the model could get 109.19 cc air cooled engine, which powers CB Twister, Honda Dream Yuga and Honda Dream Neo are likely to come with Honda Eco Technology (HET). Rumours floating on the web also indicate that the new Honda commuter bike would replace the company's CB Twister.
It is not clear by when Honda is planning to roll out this new Livo in the market, but the repeated sightings of the bike hint at imminent launch.
