There were reports doing the rounds on social media that the Baahubali 2 team had displayed their human side after the movie's release on April 28. The buzz was that they had donated Rs 120 crore for the families of 25 CRPF personnel killed by Naxals in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district last month.

Several tweets claimed that the makers of Baahubali 2 had contributed the first day's collection of the film to the victims' families. However, all those tweets have turned out to be FAKE. There was also no official confirmation on the tweets from any member of the Baahubali 2 team.

In the deadliest Naxal ambush in years, 25 men of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were killed on Monday in Sukma. The attack was carried out by nearly 300 Naxals when a team of 99 CRPF personnel was carrying out a sanitisation exercise for an under-construction road.
