Indian smartphone manufacturer Hitech has launched a new low-budget smartphone. Named Hitech Amaze S3, the budget smartphone will apparently focus on the low-priced phone market by offering a smartphone at a never-before price.

The Amaze 3 boasts of a 4-inch IPS display and has a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor coupled with 512MB RAM memory. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat OS, the Amaze also features essential 4GB inbuilt ROM memory and a micro SD card slot for further memory expandability. On the camera front, the smartphone packs a 5MP rear camera and a 1.3MP on the front.

Powered by a 1500 mAh battery, the Amaze 3 smartphone is enabled with 3G connectivity and reportedly comes with numerous pre-installed useful apps.

Available exclusively at Indian e-commerce retailer ShopClues.com the Hitech Amaze will be offered at a Market Operating Price (MOP) of Rs. 2,998,
