Hillary Clinton has sparked rumours that she had work done on her face after top surgeons noted that her face looks younger than it has in years. They have also noticed that the skin under the Democratic front-runner's eyes appear tighter when compared to photographs from a year ago.

According to celebrity plastic surgeon Anthony Youn, former President Bill Clinton's wife's glowing features are an indication that the "her skin looks smoother and her face looks younger than it has in years!" Youn told Radar Online.

Although it is not immediately known whether she did go under the knife, the surgeon revealed that Clinton appears to have done chemical peels before hitting the campaign trail.

"In preparation for the long grueling campaign, it looks like she's had a series of minimal-downtime chemical peels, like the ZO3 step peel," Youn, who has not treated Clinton, added.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Susan Evans, too, agreed with Youn, saying she believes Clinton's tighter features indicate that she has done something to appear younger. "It appears that Hillary Clinton has done something, rightly so, as she starts on the campaign trail. There is a tightening in the jaw lines, under her eyes and cheeks."

"Her under eyes were loose and her jaw line has marionette lines with loose skin throughout in the photos from a few years back," Evans said.

However, both the surgeons agree that Clinton doesn't seem to have had a facelift.

"It looks like Hillary has used a new filler, such as Voluma," Evans said. "This is a filler with thinner hydrolic acid and would give her face that lift that it looks like she's had. Overall, she has a smoother and tighter look."

Meanwhile, Youn added that Clinton is likely using a "medical grade skin care product, such as prescription strength Tretinoin."
