Hillary Clinton has officially weighed in on the New York gubernatorial race, but she wont be supporting the first-time female candidate in the race. She and amp;nbsp;gave her formal endorsement to Governor Andrew Cuomo during a and amp;nbsp;keynote address at the New York State Democratic Convention on Wednesday, snubbing and amp;nbsp;Cynthia Nixon in the process.
