Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian's Butt Photo Appears on Paper Magazine, Tagged as 'Pop Culture Fascination'Instagram/Kim Kardashian

With "break the internet" campaign, it has been proven once and for all, that Kim Kardashian's posterior is her most famous and voluptuous body part. Paper Magazine had one goal for their winter edition and that was to "break the internet".

Paper Magazine, in their website, claimed that "there is no other person that we can think of who is up to the task than one Kim Kardashian West. A pop culture fascination able to generate headlines just by leaving her house, Kim is what makes the web tick."

Of the two photos of the curvy Kardashian that saw an early release, one has her recreating Jean-Paul Goude's "Champagne Incident" and the other has her bearing her entire back side, including her famous butt.

Alluding to her re-enactment of "Champagne Incident" Kardashian posted on Twitter, "And they say I didn't have a talent...try balancing a champagne glass on your ass LOL #BreakTheInternet #PaperMagazine"

So far these photos have not managed to "break the internet", and only inspired some animated debate among Kim K lovers and haters. However, they have become the inspiration behind some of the most hilarious memes the internet has seen recently.

And finally, the winner:

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton posted on his website that more photos of the reality star have been released, and she is exposing more than just her butt; she's gone nude. If her legendary butt cannot break the internet, may be some assistance from her equally popular breasts and vagina would help advance the cause further.

While some are non-chalant about the kind of publicity stunt Kim Kardashian and Paper Magazine are aiming at, many question the morale behind the campaign.

Naima Cook-Bazemore asks "Does Kim K know she is depicting a racist image #Hottentot,#sarahbaartman ,#BreakTheInternet # smdh !"

Anna Niess posted, "It's frustrating to be constantly reminded that the only way a powerful, successful woman can #breaktheinternet is with her naked body "

Tina T, the founder of Cam Spinoff asks, "What is the message to young girls today? If you want to get attention, take your clothes off. #breaktheinternet"

Cheyenne Bostock, the author of "Break Every Chain", reminded the people behind the photoshoot, "@papermagazine We don't need anymore naked women to #breaktheinternet. We need intelligent women who can #breaktheglassceiling.
