Bahraich, Nov 08 (ANI): BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is to address a rally in Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh amidst high security as the preparation is in its full swing. A party worker at the location said that all arrangements for commuting and for security are done by the party but the local district administration is hindering the same. The district administration, which had earlier not given permission for the rally citing security reasons, issued clearance with certain conditions after midnight Thursday following a meeting with BJP district president Gulab Chandra Shukla.
