India-born model-singer Seema Jaya Sharma's inspiring final message on Facebook has gone viral, after she passed away on 21 August.

The status message, which begins with "My mum passed away today at 14:10 and she wrote this as her final status...she wanted her last words to be 'I got 21seconds to go!!! Hehe :P)", has gone viral on Facebook.

The positive message, posted by Sharma's kids Kalvin and Shanti on her Facebook handle, has been liked by more than 7,700 people and is shared by more than 840 social media users, at the time of reporting.

Sharma (37), settled in Ilford, Redbridge in North East London, United Kingdom, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 and battled with it for nearly six years. The mother-of-two even became an Internet sensation for fighting the deadly disease.

In the viral Facebook message, Sharma has also requested everybody to come in colourful attires to celebrate her life, rather than mourning her death.

"Anyway this is me saying 'peace out people' if a bird poos on ur head, that's just me saying 'yo man' and if i really like u then i might just come haunt you to create ur own kinda bird poo innit!!! hehe!! LOVE YOU!!! MWAH," the message reads.

Sharma's funeral service will be held on Friday, 28 August at the South Chapel, City of London Crematorium, Aldersbrook Road, Manor Park, London at 13:15 pm.

Sharma was also the face of UK's Cancer Research campaign.
